Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
To access the full features of the gtongit Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active gtongit account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. gtongit employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gtongit login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify gtongit immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. gtongit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
gtongit is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide any documentation requested by gtongit for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
gtongit accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gtongit aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. gtongit reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the gtongit Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. gtongit is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
gtongit reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law. In such cases, gtongit will notify you and may request additional documentation.
Responsible Gaming Note: gtongit offers voluntary deposit limits to help you manage your spending. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling- off period.

gtongit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gtongit makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
gtongit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, gtongit reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting gtongit support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game or betting rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gtongit Platform shall first be submitted to gtongit's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
gtongit operates in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
gtongit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gtongit will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
